This is what Vaccination has done, eradicated the need of these machines, don’t forget that.
-These Iron lungs were used to help the polio patients and children to breathe, who otherwise could not breathe themselves because of paralyzed muscles.
Same apply to many other vaccine preventable diseases.
Recently, a 6-year-old boy was playing in the field when he cut his forehead, which was assumed just a small cut.
But 6 days later, his parents realized that he has suddenly become very critical. His jaw was clenched, was having trouble breathing and experiencing involuntary muscle spasms.
The boy had not received any vaccinations, which every child must have. He was taken to hospital and the pediatricians found him having tetanus, the state’s first such case of the disease in more than 30 years.
When the boy arrived at the hospital, he was asking for water, but could not open his mouth. He spent more than a month on a ventilator.
If he had taken those simple vaccines, such a situation wouldn’t have arrived.
Don’t take these preventable diseases lightly and get yourself and your children properly vaccinated.
